Organizational behavior can be defined as the study of the manner different individuals interact with each other within the setup of a group, Under normal circumstances, the main attempt of this study is to develop a more efficient business organization. The main theme of the study of organizational behavior depends upon the scientific method which can be executed to the effective and efficient management of manpower. The main implementation of the theories of OB is for human resource purposes so that the output of individual group members can be improved significantly.

The definition of Ob indicates that the focus of OB remains on both the individual worker and the group at work and if effective Ob practices are implemented in the organization, it will benefit both the organization and the individuals and may be successful in bringing success to all. The performance in the workplace can be improved significantly by having time management, effective communication, critical thinking, effective decision making and teamwork.
