The company is a car / vehicle manufacturing company and have a great acquisition of JLR, so application of Management Accounting System (MAS) is of great importance to the company. The use of MAS should not be limited to the products or operations, but also to well-being of the employees and implementing their benefit programs. Where the management accounting could evaluate the cost-benefits to the employees and get maximum returns to owner’s equity.
