Most of the projects that were initiated to improve BBB Global Computer Company\'s performance experienced failure because of lack of project management skills. Recently ZZZ lost its biggest customer in Europe because of an inability to apply risk management techniques, project managment planning, work breakdown structures, diagramming of networks, effective schedule development, and execution of the agreed schedules. What would you do to improve these situations?

Here, firms are failing to focus on the concept of customized needs and the fulfill of the needs. Most of the firms having a rigid practices, regular procedures only. They are not thinking beyond the circle, if anything happesn beyond their level, they are not in a position to consider and to take action on those. The same happens to most of the firms, and losing their healthiest customers.

Firms must ready to face all kinds of risk whether they were expected and unexpected. And they need to be focus on the area of GLOCAL concept, where the needs and obligations must be relevant to the firm at ground level. What ever the history, where ever the milestones, and achievements of the firm, if it is not focused on present, the firm is going to be failure at present.

So, firms must focus on present and estimated future issues more than past, and prepare well. And do not look the activities as part of commercial, treat the functions and activities as your responsibilities and obligations, then firms definitely serve the existed customers and attracts more new customers.
