WSUS infrastructure that is to be selected is multiple WSUS servers.This is mainly used in the complex networks and in the given scenario each location has atleast 50 clients and organization is at different locations. So we can prefer either Multiple independent WSUS servers or Multiple Internally Synchronized WSUS servers . But here we can prefer Multiple Internally Synchronized WSUS servers this is because since all the clients are from same organization connecting only one WSUS server which at main location to the internet increases efficiency rather individual connection of each WSUS server to the internet..

So by establishing WSUS server at each location and enabling only one WSUS server to connect to internet and all the WSUS servers are connected internally ..... This is prefered WSUS server infrastructure for these type of organization setup.
