2. What do you think of United Health’s decision to outsource recruiting for staff and line level employees? What are the pros and cons of this decision?

Pros:
> One can get cheaper resources
> One can get well trained and experienced staff easily when outsourced.
> Staffing issues would be solved. When in house staff resigns , organization have to search for replacements. But when outsourced, it is their responsibility to find an immediate replacement and since they have pool of resources, they can quickly find one.
> Lot of administrative work regarding salaries, other benefits, etc . would get reduced.
Cons:
> Outsourced are less likely to strictly adhere to policies of the organization.
> Organizations do not have complete authority on the outsourced staff
