The front end policies that the organizations should enact are:
1. No Fault forward policy- Keep deep layered checks to counter the fault that may pop up going forward. Different people should have different responsibities and they should be held accountable for their task.
2. Access should be limited upto the level the data needs to be shared.
3. Mistake proofing should be there so that data entry and export doesn\'t consider redundant data.
4. Valid proofs should be taken prior to entry.
