Solution

The organizational change effort which I have experienced during my internship period in an legal services provider firm.

1.employees resist to change because of following reason:

2. The problematic issue that were not properly addresses were, management were not fully prepared for delivery the change among employees, while preparing for change employees point of views were not consider.

3. All the underlying concern were legitimate.

Concern were regarding office timings, holidays taken by employees, training methods, breaks in-between office hours .

4. Leader could have discussed the issue with the employees first, explaining them about the need of change, motivating the employees towards chaneg, encouraging them for the change so the old things would get discouraged.

5. This would highly affect the outcomes of the change effort,

This would help in reducing the resistance towards change.

No more conflicts would be between employees and employer.

Change process would be fast.
