The reason of writing this memo was that we need some changes in the college website because at present students are facing difficulty when they visit the college website and they cannot find the information they want easily so it was mandatory to change the version of our college website.

College website consists of many objects regarding the college about the academic calendars, academic information, cultural activities and some of the relevant information about the college. At present we can see that all the information was merged and students feel more discomforts when visiting the websites. They complained the panel many times that they cannot get the information more elaborately. It was the time to make some changes in the website. All the information regarding the curriculum and calendar should be in the separate pages without merging, programs and cultural should be on the cover page of the website, Phone numbers and staff details should be properly mentioned, mid time marks should be entered in the correct time so that students can easily access.

The above mentioned recommendations should be done as early as possible before the starting of the new academic year. Emails should be sent to the students regarding the changes in the website and direction to visit sub topics in the website. I hope that these changes will be observed very early. Thanking you
