Solution
Due process means the law hears before it condemns.It states that no person without due process shall be deprived of life, property or liberty.
There are 2 type of due process:
1) Procedural due process: It places limitations on the way the law is administered and applied.The legally protected individuals cannot be deprived before giving them prior notice from government and also they are given opportunity to be heard. In this the court always asks how much process is remaining in a hearing to withstand the fairness of constituition.
2) Substansive due process: In this the government is prohibited from infringing on fundamental constitutional liberties.In this courts asks the question that what is the nature and scope of liberty that constitution protects before giving litigant a particular freedom.
