Solution
Answer
In order to do this question define a linked list data struture with given node elements as below:
 struct node{
 int artist_id;
 char artist_name[10];
 int art_id;
 char art_titile[30];
 int appraised_value;
 struct node *next;
 }
After defining the structure read the data file. Observing the given data file i noticed that artist name is not there, so may be you have to provide it in your own.
The file will be read line wise, so you can break into \" \" and place each at appropriate fields. For example 1001 goes in node->art_id, Red Rock Mountain goes in node->title, 50 goes in node->artist->id and 18000 goes in node->appraised_value and you can provide the artist name by yourself in node->artist_name.
