Solution

The major healthcare problem which the organization is facing nowadays is the improper diagnosis of the patients and delay in taking the treatments. The patients are not getting their treatments on time and some of our patients have also died because of not providing treatments on time. The doctors who were involved in this case are immediately sacked, somehow we are trying to make the best but if the potential, skilled doctors were unable to perform best, then it will hard for our organization to choose the doctors.

We are facing many challenges while dealing with the patient’s party as they are losing hopes and the assurance which we were used to giving them were found missing. But, we are trying to make and mitigate every possible flaw in the healthcare organization and always trying to implement a proctored working culture by some highly proven experienced persons so to avoid such incident in the healthcare organization.
