Answer #1)
The Geo Political Influence Of the United States would Shift Drastically
The biggest risk with the new government\'s domestic and foreign policy is that their approach of putting America first may result in reduction of international AID, military alliances and spending, geo political intervention, UN funding and counter terrorism activities and aid. This means that the United States may not be as influential as it used to be. Without the influence of the United States other powers may end up going unchecked, the world may not be able to meet it\'s development and security goals effectively.
Free markets may not be all that Free
Once again the GOP\'s policy of putting America First will impact trade adversely. The problem with this approach is that it may effect the NAFTA or the North American Free Trade agreement. For example the three most economically successful countries in north America owe it to the NAFTA

With the new approach towards putting America First the GOP may tax imports and exports differently which could effect the economies of the countries part of the NAFTA.
Social net gets weaker
The purpose of the federal Affordable Care Act (ACA) regulation also known by its nick name Obama Care, was to cover low income families with health or medical insurance that is more comprehensive in nature and more inclusive in nature by covering an additional 20 - 21 million American Citizens to the government health care plan. The affordable care act also requirers employer\'s to make contribution towards the employee\'s health care costs.
The GOP is actively looking to replace the ACA which would make the social security net for Americans much more weaker.
Answer #2)
The Unites States ranks really when it comes to corruption. On a scale of 1 - 100 (where larger the number the least corrupt the nation, the US tanks between 90 - 100 ). Source : Transparency International Corruption Index. US political risk stands at 85. It was reduced from 86 - 87 because of the current political climate in the United States.
Answer #3)
Response to protectionism and putting America First
The nature of employment in American business is a crucial issue in the ability of corporations to effectively compete in a global economy. Cheaper labor and less expensive work environments and benefits allow global companies to lower prices and offer more products for the dollar. Many business leaders suggest that the cost of workplace disputes and legal protection is too high. To remove an ineffective worker in some union environment is just too costly and time consuming. In contrast, employees say employers have the power and money to do what they want and protection is needed against vindictive actions. Cite one or more Internet sources in your initial response.
What employers do to protect their economic interests : Job losses due to Automation & Outsourcing
Serving the monstrous demand that arrises from a global economy requires a high degree of automation. The argument goes beyond mere efficiency on output of work. While machines are faster and more efficient than humans in terms of output, other political factors and decision in the pipeline such as a universal basic income of a rise in minimum wages could act as a catalyst in the adoption of automation. Manufacturing, back end support, customer service, manual labour, transport & logistics are the industries which will witness significant job losses.
