The technology is another challenge, we all know technology makes life easier but with the constant change HR needs to be keeping update with the latest advance in order to help on the competitive advantage of the organization.

The creation of a culture of collaboration is another issue that HR needs to face, the culture must be free of racism and must welcome the diversity of their employees.
