In my opinion the best type of personality that would help to succeed in corporate entrepreneurship model is to have the ability to take challenges, adaptability and be ethical in all circumstances. As the corporate entrepreneurship model involves starting new business with innovative ideas there are chances of success as well as failure. The consequences would not be known in most of the circumstances.The entrepreneurs as well as the employees should have the capability to withstand the failures and decide on the next step analyzing the reasons behind failure. If they get discouraged by failures it is not possible to stay in business field and be successful. Entrepreneurship may face many challenges from competitors as well as from inside organization like employee turnover but the members should be able to adapt to the changes and take these challenges as an opportunity to prove themseves and grow in the organization. Being ethical to all the employees in the entrepreneurship would help to achieve a better work environment which is very important for the success of any organization.

I would like to get an opportunity to engage in a corporate entrepreneurship project because I am always inspired by new responsibilities and challenges. I enjoy learning and doing innovative things than always following the same strategies and ideas.
