Is the following equation correct aa baaa baaaa b a aa

Is the following equation correct? a(a + b)*+aa(a + b)*+aaa(a + b)* = (a + aa + aaa)(a + b)* = a(a + b)* Either way, justify your answer.

Solution

There are 3 equations

Because in equation 1 , first a single \"a\" is followed by any no of a or b or 2 a\'s followed any no of a\'s or b\'s or 3 a\'s followed by any no of a\'s or b\'s.

In equation 2, either one or two or three a\'s are followed by any no of a\'s or b\'s

In equation 3 ,single a is followed by any no of a\'s or b\'s

Equation 1 and 2 are equal in sone cases since either a single or two or three a\'s are followed by (a+b)*

Similarly equation 2 and 3 or 1 and 3 are equal in some cases where the results are equal .but not all cases

 Is the following equation correct? a(a + b)*+aa(a + b)*+aaa(a + b)* = (a + aa + aaa)(a + b)* = a(a + b)* Either way, justify your answer.SolutionThere are 3 eq
