1.Should workers or employees of different organizations receive the same type of recognition for the job performed? Why or why not?

1. Every organisation has their different types of managerment and employees, they do work according to their needs and deeds. Now the question arises should workers or employees of different organisation receive same type of job recognisation for the job performed? According to me it is not necessary to provide same recognision because every organisation has its different structure and we can not expect same treatment from these different structure.
here are some of the points which make my point clear to you
* different financial status: every organisation has its different financial status, means one organisation can give more benefits and other can\'t. so we can not expect same job recogonistion.
* different skills and behaviour : not only organisitions, also workers or employees are different in their behaviour and skills. because of this ponit, it is not suitable to expect same recognision.
2. In this second answer, I am going to discuss here my personal matter which me and my friends has faced in the earlier organisation.
the place in which i recently worked , they have the rules and the regulations in which it is written that they have to increase the pay of workers every after 6 months but the organisation ignored this and did not increase the pay.after this we all workers decided to strike against organisation as they dont follow the rules .
* our supervisor was not cooperative with us . he did not try to solve the disputes which was happening in the organisation.as a result the situation become more worst as before.
* the problem can be solved more efficitevly if the supervisor and the members of the organisation discuss the the whole matter with all workers . if the organistaion have some problem in increasing the pay due the some personal reason or some other reasons , we could cooperate with them by understanding their problem .but this was not possible at that time .
