Solution

Ans:

The project in case is the construction of a bridge over the region\'s biggest river that will make the transportation across the river easier, cheaper, convenient and will save cost and time, reducing the road distance across the towns located on the opposite ends by over 100 kms.

The stakeholders in this case are the central and local governments, inhabitants of the region, ministry of natural resources and environment, construction company, ministry of road transport, the state owned nevigation company which is already doing business to name a few.

The stakeholders\' interest is in timely construction of bridge in lowest cost and without least damage to the environment and disturbing the ecological balance. One stakeholder, the nevigation company will lose significant business due to road in place. The loss will be compensated by charging a toll for the use of the bridge, thus making both options equally feasible for the people to corss the river.
