Describe at least one reason why transitioning from PVST+ to Rapid PVST+ is seamless

PVST+ is the per VLAN spanning tree.It means we run one spanning tree instance per VLAN.

RSTP is the rapid spanning tree port

Rapid PVST+ is the rapid VLAN this has the features of the above two.this is rapid used for VLAN hence there requires the transition.
