Oxidase test will be done next.

Because most probably the microorganism forming colony is Neisseria gonorrhoea. It is coccus, appears in pairs, coffee bean like. They show overgrowth in chocolate medium.

Oxidase test should be performed next, and carbohydrate glucose, maltose, sucrose test, in which it will oxidise only glucose.
