1: Being professional needs to deliver lot of qualities which includes dedication , discipline and honesty toward work even at adverse condition. Rewarss for coming office even during adverse climatic condition can be giving some bonus or cheer points which can be redeemable by accumulating the points together. Also appreciation or recognition mails from senior management and remarks or points favor to them in company\'s internal website or press notes. Punishment can be reduce their bonus if the same happens multiple times or can send them for compulsory training one commitment towards work.
