Observation: Since the nuclear stain exclusively stains the nucleus, the nuclei of teh cell/tissue will look blue in color. Further, if the protein is nuclear in location, there would be observed a green signal as well. Upon merging the images of blue and green fields, the two colors would overlap each other. This confirms that the protein is of nuclear localization.
