concentration of Mg(OH)2 = 0.030M

[OH-] = 2x0.030= 0.060M

[H3O+][OH-] = Kw                            where Kw = ioinc product of warer= 1.0x10^-14M2

[H3O+] = Kw/[OH-]

[H3O+] = 1.0x10^-14/0.060 = 16.67 x10^-14M

[H3O+] = 1.67x10^-13M
