(b) A male manager refers to female employees as \"sweetie\" or \"baby\". (c) A female employee overhears two male employees exchanging sexuallly oriented jokes.

a) This comes under sexual harassment, as law protects both male and female from any sexual favor against his or her wish.

b) The line is very thin between being nice and being offensive. Calling female employees as “sweetie” or “baby” comes under offensive comment and constitute sexual harassment.

c) This doesn’t come under sexual harassment, as the joke was not directly said to the female employee. The conversation was between two male employees and the female employee accidently overhears it.
