Identify and describe a few weaknesses of the following wireless security technologies: WEP and PSK

Some of the weakness of WEP is that is becomes easy for an attacker to crack the key if WEP has been used as it uses a shared key authentication mechanism and sends over the same key along with data packets which is transmitted over the network and the malicious users after getting themselves enough time could gather the information to create their own key and gets in between.Another one is if the master key needs to be changes than it has to be done manaully.
