Use the given graph of y fx to answer the following questio

Use the given graph of y = f(x) to answer the following questions. What is the domain of f^-1? What is the range of f^-1? What is the y-intercept of f^-1? Evaluate f^-1(0). Evaluate f^-1(-6). Evaluate f^-1 (6) Evaluate f^-1 (3). The domain of f^-1 is (Type your answer in interval notation)

Solution

From the graph we get : Domain of f(x) is [ - 3, 6] = Rangeof f -1(x) -------(1)

Range of f(x) is = [ - 6 ,3 ) = Domain of f-1(x) -----(2)

x - itercept of the fn f (x) is = - 2 = y - intercept of f -1(x) -----(3)

From the graph we get f( -2)=0 => f -1(0) = - 2 ----(4)

f ( -3) = -6 => f -1 ( -6) = - 3 , f( 6) =6 => f -1 (6) = 6 , f( 0 ) = 3 => f -1( 3 ) =0

 Use the given graph of y = f(x) to answer the following questions. What is the domain of f^-1? What is the range of f^-1? What is the y-intercept of f^-1? Eval
