Two forces given are

F1 = (4,-4,1)

and F2 = (3,5,-1)

The resultant will be the sum of two along the diagonal of paralleogram

Hence Resultant force = (7,1,0)

To make the object stationary equal and opposite force to be applied to the resultant

Hence force to be applied = (-7, -1,0)
