Include some of your recruiting experiences either functioning as a recruiter or a job seeker. What worked and what did not work and why?

As a job seeker, I had some mix experiences, at times it has been good and few times it has been bad as well. Few things which worked was the professionalism in terms of sharing the job details and about the company and the salary bandwidth. What didn’t work was the way usually recruiters don’t respond post interview in case the company hasn’t given a positive review about the candidate. The reason being is that till interview they maintain a great communication and follow up because they want that the candidate attends the interview. And, in case the review is not positive, they find that it’s better to utilize the time in interacting with other prospective candidates than rejected candidates.
