I have read your work on Forbes web page. It was quite informative for everyone like me who is struggling to work for start-ups business specially dealing with personnel. Your inclusion for every gender is awesome. I want to add something that focus to write something towards those employees needs who are seriously ill while working or disabled safety . I believe in organizational inclusion of marginalized poor people in the corporate world. They should be given status above the labor or worker.

I congratulate you for such a nice article. I will be looking for your future article on social media.
