Solution
Juvenile justice in America dates back to 1899 when the first of such courts was set up. Since then the law has undergone tremendous changes. Currently what we see is that the system has developed several flaws. It is not at all favorable for the juvenile criminals as mentioned in the question. There are no such issues like quick trials to forgive them or no arrests. The fact is that the justice system is very strict and harsh against the juvenile people. They are arrested and sentenced to life imprisonments without any parole. For multiple crime charges the sentences runs into hundreds of years. In many cases we see that the crime does involved any violence but the young one was arrested and sentenced to prison. Private prisons make their own push to keep their beds full. Again keeping a person in custody for long periods often results in repetition of crime.
So we can say that if the system has started to show some leniency within the legal framework then it should be developed properly to give punishment which is necessary and even try other methods to change the erratic behavior of juvenile offenders. The current scene seems to be a better alternative as compared to the existing flawed system.
