Name some of the problems the American Red Cross has encountered with handling donation money.

there are many problems regards these donations. it has been doing its services with more transparancy and ease to serve the deserved people. but there are some people and communities which are using the services for their self benefits. they are not using the services in a proper way and whenever they gets a chance they are getting benefited with the alternative.

Red cross society is operating and organizing many welfare activities around the world. for that they are collecting donations from different people and using them to serve the poor. initially it was functioned well, but later some people are using their power and position to their self benefit.

funds are donating to different nations with different names, but majority of the funds are not reaching the ground level. when the fund released, it is in the form of iceberg, once it starts flow from higher authority to the ground level people, it lost its identity and to the end nothing is available. majority of the intermediaries are misperforming and they works for self benefit rather than reaching ultimate goals.

and some times this organization is unable react according to the conditions and towards the reality. majority of the times the funds are not allocated to the really needed ones. even though they known the reality, they can not take actions about this. best example is there are many african nations which are suffering with many problems. people are not in a position to have atleast pure drinking water (Zimbabwe, somalia etc), but no international organizations are in a position to resolve the issues.
