Solution
although the image is not clear, i will try to answer.
Mitossis is the process that partitions newly replicated chromosomes equally in to two daughter cells. during mitosis, one round of DNA replication is followed by a single round of chromosome segregation and generating two identical daughter cells.
Prophase- the chromatin which diffuses in the interphase, slwoly condese into well defined chromosom, each chromosome has duplicated during the preceding Sphase and consists of two sister chromatid; each of these contains a specfic DNA sequnce known as centromere, which is required for proper segregation. Prophase ends abrubtly with the distribution of nuclear envelope, which breaks into membrane vescicles thar are indistinguishable from bits of endoplasmic reticulum. at thi stime nucleoolus disappears. cytoplasmic microtubules disassemble and the mitotic spindle begins to form
Metaphase- kenetochore on each centromere attach to some spindle microtubule and known as kinetochore microtubule.. Each chromosome is held in tension at the metaphase plate by paired kinetochores.
Anaphoase- the opposite end of the kinetochore microtubule assosiates with one ofthe spindle poles and the kinetochore fibres pull the two kinetochores towards opposite poles.Shortening of kinetochore microtubule occur which pulls chromosome towards the poles. spindle elongates due to sliding of polar microtubule past one another and pulling forces exerted by astral microtubule.
Telophase. the seperation of two daughter chromosomes arrive at the poles and the kinetochore microubule disappear. the polar microtubule elongates still more and new nuclear envelope re forms around each group of daughter chromosomes.
