I would ask them what they would like for the salon to have in order to make their visits more enjoyable in hopes of them becoming loyal customers. To accommodate their work schedule, I would gather information on the best time for customers to come in for services. Knowing the customer’s gender will help when it comes to hiring employees.

Ans:
Knowing your customers and implementing their likes/dislikes will increase profits while smartly staffing her business to keep the loyal customers coming back, but also attracting new customers.
