Kinetic Energy- When the energy gained by the object is because of its motion it is called kinetic energy.It is the work required to move the body from rest.
Thus A & D are case of change in kinetic energy as external work is done to move the objects
Internal Energy- It is the energy contained in the system.It is the account of gain or loss of energy due to change in internal state and not due to external forces
Thus B & C are examples of change in Internal Energy
