Marketer\'s job is to communicate with the target audience so all he can control is just the promotion of the marketing mix. The product will be from the product development team, pricing will be from the business development and strategy team and the target people will again be taken care by the business intelligence, marketing, and the strategy team.
The marketing team can create and choose the channels to promote the product or a service. They can help the company in collecting the customer feedback when it comes to product and pricing. But they cannot control them in the marketing mix. They get the inputs from the respective teams and based on that they need to create the marketing strategy.
Increased international business means increased opportunities in the company. Of course, there are risks involved when a company is planning to expand its business in an unknown market. They can go for PESTLE and SWOT analysis to see whether they can enter a new market and do business based on their situation and needs. So the company needs to choose wisely which market to enter and what is the best way to enter. International business gives the required international exposure to even the small companies and helps them in becoming a global organization. The trick lies in reducing the risks and increasing the opportunities for the company when they are planning to go global.
