Harasser is a supervisor- Employer is liable when the harassment results in tangible employment action such as demoting, firing, reducing pay etc. But in case, there is no tangible action taken, the employer shall still remain liable, but the employer must show that a reasonable care is exercised by the employer to prevent and correct the harassing behavior and the employee unreasonably failed to take advantage of preventing or corrective measure.
