Use the scale figure below to find the missing side and angl

Use the scale. figure below to find the missing side and angles, if B = 75,b-6, and c-3. Find both solutions. The triangle is not necessarily drawn to Round your answers to two decimal places. Let triangle 1 be the triangle that has the smallest value for angle C. If there is only one solution, enter NA in all answer areas for triangle 2. al- degrees degrees

Solution

b/sinB = c/sinC => sinC = c(sinB)/b = 3 x (sin75)/6 = 0.4829 => C = 28.88o (possible) or C = 151.12o (impossible)

only one solution exists.

C = 28.88o

A = 180 - 75 - 28.88 = 76.12o

a = b(sinA)/sinB = 6(sin76.12)/sin75 = 6.03
