When the given case is taken into consideration, the team has been encountered with two threats which is the corrupted test data base and the injured front end developer.

1. Here the first thing that the project manager can announce to the team members is to be participative and supportive for the team so that the team can pass through the critical situation. He can make the things clear through explaining the credibility of the company and also the relevance for the timely delivery of the project.

2. Secondly he can discuss about the reallocation of the roles to the team members. Since the front end developer is injured, the quality analyst who is having the developer back ground can be assigned for front end development. Mean while the corrupted test software can be corrected and then he can be reassigned for the quality analysis. For the extra work he can be compensated with rewards.

3. During the meeting the project manager can highlight the progress in the projects. It is not necessary that the project manager should express the risks that the team members are facing while developing the projects. it can generate bad image for the organization.

4. Through modifying the deadline the company reputation would be affected. The new client has a good impression for the timely delivery of the company which can be ruined and can impact the competitiveness of the organization. Hence modification cannot be recommended.
