Yes, it is absolutely helpful to make a diverse team in order to get serve diverse customers. Whirlpool is the company which has brand image in the world and serving much country with their products. Each country has their own diversity. May be one’s culture is opposite to other culture. Hence a diverse team is needed to tackle these situations. Diverse employees can share their ideas and plans about diverse market and company can make their decisions as per those ideas and plans. This approach will give advantage over those competitors who has limited the inclusion and diversity.

2- First let us understand the word inclusion. Inclusion means including a person or a group. Here inclusion may be the employees or the customers. The company can use the technology in taking the feedback from employees as well as customers. Later the company can convert those feedbacks in feed forward. This will give wide ideas that what exactly the customers want and what are their expectations. This will happen with employees as well. You cannot make external customers happy until and unless your eternal customers are happy, And eternal customers are employees.

3- Yes it is worthwhile. I have stated above. Culture of Inclusion with respect to employees will motivate them. They will feel that they are valued their thought, ideas, plans are valued. They are contributing in the effort of the company. Inclusion will give them feeling of more association with the company. That will be very beneficial for the organization.
