The name of the company I choose is Sankara Building products which went to Initial public offer on March22, 2017.

The amount it raised through Initial public offer is 350 crores. The IPO consists both Issue of fresh shares as well as sale of shares by Fairwinds, which was a stake holder of 34.78% in the company.

The Issue was sold in the price band of 440-460.
