In short we can say that it is the movement of people, knowledge and technology across international borders.

Liberalization:- this means that the bussiness man has freedom to establish industry, trade and commerce either in his country and abroad
free trade:- that means there is abscence of excessive governmental control over trade
Borderless globe:- that means there is the liberty of breaking national barriers and creation of inter-connectdness
A composite process:- that means there is the integration of nation-state across the world by common economics, commercial, political, cultural and technology ties. in short, creation of a new world order with no national boundaries.
A top down process:- it is a top down process, globalization originates from developed countaries after that there technologies, capital, services, products come in the develpoing countries. after that there is the developing countries to accept these things ,adapt themselves to then and tobe influcened by them.

Expanded markets:- That means a business that had previously sold its goods domestically only can start selling products to other countaries. Examples of expanded market includes auto industry.

Cheaper resources:- Before globalization, many companies of America produce their goods either domestically or in areas with slightly less expensive labor.when china opened its market to the rest of the world,however, American companies were able to take advantege of the far cheapest labor that contributes to cheaper cost, which in turn contributes to larger profits.
Rising U.S unemployment:- In 1960, 24 percent of all U.S workers were employed in manufacturing. today its only 8%.for a long time China was the chepeast place to manufacture goods due to unbelievebly low labor costs. that m,eans 94 million Americans have dropped out from workforce.
Cross cultural management:- because of globalization, highly educated and wealthy peopla are interacted with each other easily. US haspowerful impact on many other countries and society. for example, in america, McD provides fast, cheap and convenient food while it is not the same worldwide.
Competition:- beacuse of globalization, there is the improved quality of product in US as there are many other countriwes which are producing same product. this increases competition.
