Solution

Dear Student

Thank you for using CHegg !!

Let the length of garden be denoted by \'l\' nd width by \'w\' respectively.

Now as per question w = (2/3)l

Also perimeter of rectangle is given by P = 2(l + w)

Perimeter = length of fence required to enclose the garden

=> 2 (l + w ) = 330

2 (l + (2/3)l ) = 330

(10/3 )l = 330

l = 99 feet

w = (2/3) l

      = (2/3) (99)

= 66 feet
