What, if any limitations exist for arbitrators?
Solution
when there is a dispute between two or more parties, usually those parties will appoint an arbitrator, together, and they will listen and follow the final statement of the arbitrator. some times, in this process, the decision taken by arbitrator may not be accpeted by both the parties or either parties. in these times, the arbitratro can not rule or order the parties to the dispute to follow their statement.
another limitation of arbitration is, there is no proper, predefined procedure for hearings. as a party of dispute, you just describe and express what you wish to said them. some times you may not produce and proofs for what you saying, still they believe in your words.
the other limitation is, we can not say that, the arbitrators are not biased. some times, the decisions may be on biased mode also.
