leader is the person who influence the people to achieve their goals either personal or professional. he motivate the people to do a particular task and to complete it. for that he may use different procedures, styles, methods and so on. there are many leadership styles and methods: they are authpritarian style: keep main emphasis on the distinction of the authoritarian leader and their followers, these types of leaders make sure to only create a personal leadership.
paternalistic: in this the leader treats his followers as a father and he cares them protect them and helps them to grow and complete the work.
democratic: it consists of the leader sharing the decision-making abilities with group members by promoting the interests of the group members and by practicing social equality
