Example of collaboration – Government services center management

I had left job and my interest was to start personal business. I was not able to start any business due to lack of expertise in small businesses. My friend was in need for a person who can temporarily support him in managing government service center which was outsourced to him for 1 year contract management. I was in need of exposure for small business and my friend was in need of person who can support him in his center management. So we both planned to support each other. I started managing the government service center and my friend handed over the full responsibilities tome for overall management of the center. Thus I got a chance to explore the business expertise in the region to get good relation development with government authorities. My friend was happy as he got a friend to support him for couple of months. Thus we both supported each other and fulfilled our business goals. Thus I supported the service center for 6 month time and I got different business started for me and now I am running those business successfully.
