1. It may happen that the bought out software might not fulfil all our needs.
2. The Custom Software Package might not allow us to edit it functionality and may not be compatable with other programs
3. Budget concerns- If we are low in budget then its better to buy canned as they are provide financially sense.
4. Lack of knowledge of our in house developer--> If we do not have string developers with better technical skills then its tough to create great products.
5. Insufficient time- > If we lack in time then its difficult to build great custom products.
6. Solution is already available - If the solution is already available then its not wise to create the same produt again and better use the existing so that it becomes available for our customers and meet our needs.
7. Productivity -> In long term in-house software will give us more productivity with time as with demands we can edit and change the functionality.
