Solution

1) Emotional Labor is nothing but the process of managing feelings and expressions to satisfy the emotional requirements of a job on the whole. In simpler words, emotional labor is to control your feelings at times, molding yourself to a state where you\'re ready to work at that place with a strong emotional nature. Yes, I have been working in a place where I initially required all the courage to control my anger at the manager who had been constantly yelling at me for no reason. At a point of time, I made up myself to quit the job but as I\'m the only working member of the family, I couldn\'t. Then, I realised to move on and sacrificed my self respect for the love of my family.

2. The major sources of stress are the two extreme factors not having enough or greed to have excess. It can be anything and for instance when a person has no food to feed his family, he\'ll be stressed and at the same time when a person desires to make millions, the condition would be the same. Stress can also occur due to the emotional attachments with the person, product or an amenity. My breathing gets quicker in pace and my legs start shaking when I\'m stressed. The best way to reduce stress is to close your eyes and count numbers from 1 to 25 or even long and then to open your eyes slowly. This can get to relieve a person to a greater extent.
