Given the two types of job candidates, what type of motivation does each candidate possess?

Person A:
He may be Ivy League education, 4.0 grade point. It says average. But in the mind of person A, he motivates himself more than Person B because he is highly recomended by somone. He will be confident enough that he will be the priority comparitively. Most of the jobs will be reserved for recomendations. This makes Person A to be very confident. But at the same time he will be also worrying about his negatives. But he motivate himself and be bold because of recomendation he has.
Person B:
State college education has good value, he has a fair amount of job hopping which says he is still tensed. But even though he will be boosting himself because of good education bacground he has. He is qualified so it makes himself to relief. He tries to be positive enough in this situation. He keep convincing himself to be very strong and bold enough and face what ever comes next
