There has been evolution in the health care facility since 1990. There has been changes in the way it has been designed and implemented by the hospitals.

There have been significant changes to technology since 1990. There has been change from indemnity plan. The technoligical changes have affected the way Healthcare facility has been perceived. There have been important changes to managed Healthcare facility  

1990 says the association with local and state associations with increase in the membership and physicians in the country. There was improvement in the healthcare sanitation facility in 1901.

There was organ transplant development in 1904 in the chicago hospital.

1906 saw the setup of chemical laboratory.

1907 adoption of Sigmund freud theories and development on psychoanalysis methods.

1916 saw the introduction of psychiatric classification for penitentiary systems.

1965 saw the passing of Medicare creation for the elderly.
