S(t) = Po(1- r)^t = 1500(1-0.02)^t = 1500(0.98)^t

Population in 2016 ; n = 5 ; P = 1500(0.98)^5 = 1355.88 = 1356

Population in 2020 ; n = 9 ; P = 1500(0.98)^9 = 1250.62 = 1251
