we can do boolean search on the resume of passive job seekers on many criterias some of which are as follows

1) age

2) years of experience in particular field

3) type of organization they worked for, and the status quo of thaT organization

etc etc

now on basis of this i can search through 100 to 1000 of resumes, and we will get our desired output

since in boolean search our resume will first get sorted and then searched to find the exact match

we get information about boolean search from doing a quick google search or finding and reading on wikipedia
